I've been getting calls and messages from MRS BPO, LLC multiple times a week, claiming I owe a debt. The problem? I don’t recognize the debt, and to my knowledge, I’ve never had any unpaid accounts.

My credit is in good standing, and I’ve never had issues before. I looked them up, and they seem like a real collection agency, but I’m confused as to why they’re reaching out to me. Has anyone else dealt with this? What’s the best way to handle it?

That sounds frustrating! First don’t acknowledge the debt and send them a debt validation letter to make them prove it’s legit. also check your credit reports to see if anything suspicious pops up.
