How do I find the best tax preparers near me?

Honestly, $350–$500 is about what i pay here in Seattle for a small business + personal return. If u r doing more than just a W-2 that’s pretty normal. i found mine through Yelp + a recommendation from a local Facebook group.
 
Don't overlook enrolled agents (EAs)! They're licensed by the IRS and specialize in taxes. Usually more affordable than CPAs and just as legit for tax prep. Look up local EAs on the IRS directory.
 
$350–$500 is honestly reasonable if they r doing both personal and business. Try Thumbtack or Bark to compare quotes...just make sure u check reviews and credentials.
