TurboTax vs TaxSlayer Which one is better?

I’m trying to decide between turbotax and taxslayer for filing my taxes this year. I used TurboTax before, but the fees added up quickly, so i’m wondering if taxslayer is a more affordable option.

TaxSlayer is definitely more budget friendly especially if you don’t need a ton of guidance. TurboTax is great but pricey especially if you have more complex taxes.

TurboTax charges u for breathing too loud Every time I clicked “continue” it felt like they were upselling me. i switched to FreeTaxUSA this year instead.
