Thoughts on Westlake Portfolio Management?

I’m working with a car dealership and we are looking to streamline our operations for scalability. We don’t want to invest in building our own servicing infrastructure so we are considering outsourcing loan servicing to Westlake Portfolio Management (WPM). Has anyone here used their services? If yes, can you please answer the following questions:

How quickly can WPM process and approve loan applications submitted by our dealership?
What level of customer service does WPM provide to borrowers?
Will borrowers have a dedicated contact person at WPM for inquiries or issues?
Can WPM reports be integrated with our existing dealership reporting systems for comprehensive loan portfolio analysis?

Feel free to give any helpful additional information regarding Westlake Portfolio Management.

WPM can process and approve loan applications fairly quickly especially if your dealership has a steady workflow

For smaller dealerships it might be same-day or next-day approvals. For larger volumes, it could take a bit longer but their system is pretty efficient.

Their customer service team that borrowers can contact but they don’t always assign a dedicated contact person. Most borrowers will go through a general support line which can be hit or miss depending on the issue i dont know why they do that in that way?

wpm can provide reports that integrate with your dealership’s existing systems, it may require some customization on your end be carefull on that.

It’s best to ask them for specific integration options to avoid surprises.

Its is a solid choice, borrowers may feel like they’re dealing with a big company rather than a local dealership. It’s important to manage that perception.
