Is FreeTaxUSA legit? Any help?

Used FreeTaxUSA and had a minor panic when I didn’t get a confirmation email from the IRS for like 2 days... but turns out it was just normal.
 
Used it for the past 4 years. Never had an issue. IRS accepted within 24 hours. No fancy interface like TurboTax but it gets the job done
$0 fed filing, can’t beat it.
 
It’s legit but know what u r doing. Theres no fancy AI that fills everything in. You gotta read and understand your docs. If u r new to taxes maybe try it but also double check everything
