Is 800-351-4604 a scam or a legit debt collector?

Hey, folks. I've been getting calls from 800-351-4604, and they claim to be a debt collector. The caller asks for my personal info, like my birthdate, before sharing any details about the supposed debt. I’ve read mixed reviews online about this number, some say its legitimate, others call it a scam.

How can I confirm if this is a genuine debt collector? Should I call them back or ignore it? I don’t want to risk giving out personal details to scammers, but I also don’t want to overlook any real issues. Any advice?
 
It’s just spam. Could be a scam or possibly a "legit" company pushing some credit repair product, but either way, there’s no reason to engage. Anything official will arrive through mail. Take a look at your credit report to check for anything late, outstanding, or unfamiliar. These calls won’t provide any unique information about debts unless they’re directly from a specific creditor.
 
If they call again, ask how to confirm they’re legitimate before sharing details. You can call the number on their website to verify. Also, check your credit report and contact the original provider directly to confirm any claims.
