Having Trouble Logging Into Credit Repair Cloud?

Signed up for Credit Repair Cloud a while back to get a small credit repair side hustle going, and things started out fine. The dashboard worked, I was organizing client info, saving templates everything was running smoothly. But lately? No luck logging in. The site either refreshes endlessly or times out completely. Support has been… less than helpful. They keep sending the same boilerplate instructions, and nothing’s worked so far.

What’s frustrating is that I had notes, templates, and some client stuff saved in there. I’ve started backing things up locally just in case, but now I’m second-guessing how reliable this platform actually is if basic access is hit-or-miss.

Anyone else had similar issues with CRC? Is this a known thing or am I just unlucky here? Would love to hear if there’s a workaroundor if it’s time to start looking elsewhere

Been having the same issue for the past week. Endless spinning wheel of doom. Support kept sending me the “clear cookies and cache” nonsense. Like bruh i did that six times. It ain’t working. At this point i’m just screenshotting everything to save my sanity.

Yeah CRC has been flaky on my end too. My login page sometimes doesn’t even load just white screen. I started using Notion to back up client notes, just in case. Honestly considering switching to DisputeBee or something else.

Same here!! i’ve been battling CRC like it’s Dark Souls lately. And what’s with the radio silence from their team? They promote it like it’s enterprise-level software but it’s acting more like a MySpace relic.

I’ve been using CRC since 2021 and never had major problems until this year. It's like their servers are running on a potato now. The login failures started small but now I can barely use the dashboard.

One thing that helped me: try accessing the dashboard in incognito mode or from a different browser entirely. I know it sounds basic but somehow it bypassed the redirect loop I was stuck in. Still not ideal but it let me export my data.

CRC is super unreliable lately, and that’s dangerous when we’re handling sensitive client data. The fact they can’t even keep their platform up consistently makes me rethink the subscription cost. Anyone else on the monthly plan wondering if it’s worth it?

This is why i always stress using local backups and Google Drive. These SaaS tools are great when they work… and absolute nightmares when they don’t. Hope you didn’t lose any client data ......make sure to log a formal complaint too.

Wow i thought it was just me. I even tried logging in from my phone and tablet....same issue. I messaged them on Facebook and they gave me the same canned message. Smells like a deeper backend problem.

Have y’all seen their recent TrustPilot reviews? Login issues, payment bugs, customer support delays......it’s a trend. I was actually about to sign up until I saw all this mess unfold. Dodged a bullet maybe.

Honestly CRC is great for beginners, but as soon as you scale, the cracks start to show. I migrated everything to HighLevel CRM two months ago. Bit of a learning curve but way more stable.

Same login loop here. I emailed support five times and got ghosted after the first reply. I swear the tech team is three raccoons in a trench coat.

Have you tried changing your password from a mobile device? Weird workaround I found: changed my password on mobile Safari, then logged in successfully on Chrome desktop. Might not work for all but worth a shot.

CRC’s login portal going down this often feels sketchy especially since we’re dealing with PII. Do they have a status page or transparency report anywhere? I feel like we’re in the dark.

I lost a client last week because I couldn’t access their dispute timeline on time. The platform froze during a live Zoom call. Made me look unprofessional af. I’m tight about it.

Y’all has anyone tried reaching them through their LinkedIn reps? I got more traction messaging a guy named David on LinkedIn than i did through their help desk.

It’s not just you. My team of 3 has been seeing this for over a week. Same behavior across devices. Their infra must be getting throttled or something. Doesn’t look good.

Honestly i’ve been with them since 2019 and it used to be solid. Ever since they changed pricing models last year, service quality seems to have taken a nosedive.

Okay but real question is how is their team not posting updates on Twitter or Insta when the platform is literally unusable? That’s PR 101.

Same exact thing happened to me. Support acted like I was the only one. Would be nice if they just admitted there’s a system wide issue and fixed it fast.
