Best tax relief services—Any good recommendations

I’m looking into tax relief services and trying to figure out which ones are actually legit. There are so many companies out there promising to reduce tax debt

If you’ve worked with a tax relief company before, which one did you use?
 
Check out Community Tax! They have solid reviews and they actually work with tax attorneys rather than just salespeople trying to sign you up
 
I get it there are a lot of sketchy ones out there. If your tax debt is serious check out reputable firms like Optima Tax Relief or Larson Tax Relief. Just be wary of upfront fees and big promises
Have you tried talking directly to the IRS about payment plans?sometimes thats the best first step.
 
I’ve heard good things about Optima Tax Relief and Anthem Tax Services both seem legit and have solid reviews. If your tax debt is serious a tax attorney might be worth considering too.
 
I’ve heard a lot about optima tax and anthem tax but their fees are pretty steep. If you owe less than $10K, it might not be worth the cost.
 
I’m looking for a tax relief service that simply says, “Oops, turns out you don’t owe anything! Our mistake have a great day

Yeah there are so many out there and some seem kinda sketchy. I’ve heard mixed things some people get real help, while others just end up paying fees with no results. Have you looked into IRS programs like an Offer in Compromise?
 
I've been down that rabbit hole!
Just make sure to check reviews carefully bcz some companies really help while others just charge crazy fees without much result. A quick check on BBB saved me from a sketchy one once.
 
I used Tax Defense Network. Not the cheapest but they treated me like a person and didn’t just funnel me to a call center. Worth it IMO.
 
Used Optima Tax Relief for a client. They’re pricey but they actually do the work. Not a scammy boiler room like some of the others
 
I used Anthem Tax Services. Took 8 months but they got the penalties reduced and set me up on a manageable plan. I still had to pay most of the debt but at least i didn’t feel like i was drowning anymore.

I used Community Tax last year....super broke, back taxes, the whole nightmare. They weren’t cheap, but they got me on a payment plan that didn’t ruin my life.
 
I used Community Tax last year when i owed like 14k to the IRS. They weren’t cheap but they got my payments down to something manageable and took a few months though.
 
Used Optima Tax Relief two years ago...solid experience. They were responsive and didn’t make false promises. i still had to pay just less than what I owed.
