The only relief is when u learn to file on time, buddy 😂 but seriously, check if the company has licensed enrolled agents or tax attorneys on staff.
 
the big three to check: - are they accredited by the IRS (look for "Enrolled Agents")? - do they have a physical office, or is it just a shady website? - do they explain their fees in writing before doing anything?
